Sourcing Leadership hired BluEnt to develop a Knowledge Management System. 

They required:

• User friendly Interface: A user friendly platform for the users to view, read or download any knowledge base, like articles and whitepapers, and to participate in upcoming e-seminars.

• Analytics and Insights: They wanted to collect information of all its users who download their whitepapers, research reports and industry reports.

• Content Management System: They looked for a content management system with custom admin panel to manage the web content.

• Reports: Generation of reports for all knowledgebase records was needed.

• Reports: Generation of reports for all knowledgebase records was needed.

• Newsletter Management System: They wanted a separate section to create/edit newsletters for all knowledgebase like white-papers and upcoming e-seminar to send to their subscriber through mail.

We designed templates and worked on database structure designing and development.

We released a test version of the Knowledge Management System for client review. Once it was approved by the client, we made it available for the users.

BluEnt divided the project into 4 major sections

• Articles

• White papers

• Upcoming eSeminars

• Admin Panel

Article Section:

• All the features like article content, categories, author, status, permissions, meta keywords and meta description are managed in admin panel.

• Permission is needed to view any article. This is assigned through admin so that only authentic users view the same.

Whitepaper Section:

• All features like whitepaper content, categories, author, status, permissions, meta keywords and meta description are being managed in admin panel.

• Permission is needed to view a whitepaper as well. This is assigned through admin so that only authentic users will be able to make downloads.

• User must be registered to the system to download the whitepaper.

• Salesforce, Hubspot and Genius is integrated with this section to collect info of every whitepaper download and registration.  

eSeminar Section:

• eSeminar content, categories, author, status, permissions, meta keywords and meta description is managed in admin panel.

• To participate is an eSeminar, permissions need to be assigned through admin so that only authentic users participate.

• User must be a registered to the system to be able to participate in the eSeminar.

• Salesforce, Hubspot and Genius are integrated with this section to collect info of every eSeminar registration.

Admin Section:

• All knowledge base like article, white paper, eSeminar are managed through admin panel.

• All reports on knowledge base info and subscriber are managed through admin panel.
